Sadly, we have decided not to have volunteers because we cannot guarantee your safety in case of another earthquake.
Our only administrative fee is when we exchange the money to Nepali rupees. This means that all donations goes directly to the school. We prioritize to pay the teacher salary as they are the keystone in the children's' education. The rest of the money are being used on one-time expenses such as new buildings, providing drinking water and furniture for the school.
When the children graduate 8th grade, they can continue studying at +2 (entry college level) in the neighbor village. After +2, many choose to continue their studies at university level. From the first batch of students to graduate from our school, most are currently studying at the bachelor level.
